The F.A. Read Center is a Freeport landmark (open for business since 1877), located in the heart of our growing downtown, but within an easy drive for all Freeport residents. There’s a steady stream of foot traffic, and three food service businesses within half a block, concentrating that traffic even further. Your customers will have easy access to downtown banks and ATM’s as well. Our mall has entrances on both sides of the block (Stephenson and Exchange) and our layout encourages visitors to pass through to other tenants, meaning all their traffic can be yours as well.

Ample Parking

Your business can be located across the street from the city’s municipal lot, which has hundreds of spaces. Your customers will be able to park there (for free) for as long as they wish, and a crosswalk from the parking lot leads right to our door. Plentiful on-street parking is available on Exchange and Stephenson as well.
